6. Scope Of Work:

Based on the ERT geophysical study conducted by our company for developing a groundwater well at Medjool Village Co., a preliminary well design is prepared once the well location is finalized. The primary goal of the design is to create a structurally sound, durable, and efficient well that can accommodate a pump and allow groundwater to flow freely and without sediment from the aquifer into the well, ensuring the desired volume and quality of water.

• • Wellbore Design:

Defines the functional requirements of the well and then the well construction details to deliver those functional requirements. Typical well design defines the; Functional Specification, Drilling, and Completion Programs.

• • Tender Document Preparation/Requirements:

Describes the set of documents or tasks that can be prepared, collected and/or executed in the phase of pre-tendering and/or while tendering.

• • Contractor Selection and Evaluation:

These are conducted through a regular and standardized bidding process. This involves preparing and issuing tender documents, inviting qualified contractors to submit bids, and evaluating proposals based on predefined criteria such as technical expertise, financial capability, compliance with project requirements, and past performance. The process ensures transparency, fairness, and the selection of the most suitable contractor for the project.

Full-Time supervision where a Supervisor stays with the drilling team throughout the whole drilling process.
