- Scope of Work
- Comprehensive Supervision
Provide full supervision of the contractor's work throughout the entire drilling process, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and compliance with the terms of the mutual drilling contract, while representing the client at all project stages. - Daily Monitoring and Guidance
Continuously monitor and oversee day-to-day drilling, cementing, and installation activities at the site. Offer on-site guidance to the drilling contractor regarding the sequence and implementation of drilling operations. - Work Oversight and Sample Collection
Follow up on all drilling activities, ensuring proper collection of cutting samples to verify sufficient penetration of targeted water-bearing layers and conducting geological analysis of the samples. - Pumping Test Supervision and Analysis
Supervise the pumping test, analyze its results, and prepare a detailed report. Based on the results, determine the type and technical specifications of the required pump. Provide recommendations for the best available pump options in the local market, considering capacity and suitability. - Review and Approval of Contractor Submittals
Review and approve all contractor submittals, including but not limited to designs, drawings, queries, specifications, method statements, calculations, and other relevant data. - Final Technical Reporting
Ensure a comprehensive final technical report is submitted by the client, including all details of the drilling operations, pumping test results, geological descriptions, and any other relevant information.
